Vulnerability Notifications
When a device vulnerability with uncontrolled cybersecurity risk is discovered, Seno will issue a customer communication (Advisory notice). For controlled cybersecurity risk issues, a patch may be provided as part of a routine software update.

  • The current supported Imagio® software is 3.3.0 (displayed as "imagio-sw-v3.3.0-build-38-iso-git-682cddd4-deb12" in the Notifications window).

  • For systems with Imagio® software 3.2.1 (displayed as "imagio-sw-v3.2.1-build-11-iso-git-c5278f71-deb11" in the Notifications window), contact Seno to discuss an upgrade.

Routine software updates are installed at six-month service intervals. Call Seno Service for assistance with system updates at (888) 978-8835.

  • The v3.3.0 software is based on Debian 12 with an estimated End-of-Life (prior to software upgrade) of June 30, 2028.
  • The v3.2.1 software is based on Debian 11 with an estimated End-of-Life (prior to software upgrade) of August 31, 2026.
